As part of the evaluation of CPACE, Advisory Board members are being
asked to provide their insights about CPACE and their role in it. Please
respond to the questions below. Your responses will be kept
confidential. Neither your name nor organization will be linked to the
comments. Only group data will be reported. DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON
THIS FORM.
The CPACE evaluation is being conducted by Science and Mathematics
Program Improvement (SAMPI) at WesternMichiganUniversity. Questions
