We started with the review of the AB Kick-off meeting agenda logistics such as starting time and hotel reservations. We revised and edited the AB invitees on the wiki https://sites.google.com/a/msu.edu/msu-cpace/home/project-staff-home-page/advisory-board-invites-and-first-meeting-planning/advisory-board-candidates Daina: Mike McDonald changed travel plans and he is able to come to the 04-24 meeting. Steve Richie is out of town. Lisa needs a new letter for Cross (first one misspelled). See Burg's notes on wiki. We decided we could go with G Woodburg as a representative of a small firm. How come we have no-one from General motors? Ask Tom about a GM contact. Lisa: it might be nice to try and capture the project on video we can integrate that at any point along the way. Jon: what's the cost. Lisa: Through grants that we already have available. Mark: we will have some one at the meeting doing still pictures. Jon: A video to document the project sounds great. But it needs to be coordinated. Lisa: Lets plan this for another time. Mark: we also want to have SAMPI involved in this conversation. Daina: are we going to have conference capabilities for the 4-24 meeting? Mark: This changes the tone of the meeting I don't think so. Cindee: We can catch them on the meeting or post the meeting. Mark: Are we going to record the meeting? Jon: I think we need a very good recording Claudia: We definitely need to record the meeting. After much discussion we decided to purchase several digital recorders and put one on each table. The setting of the room would be several tables. We will be at the room early morning to set all up. Daina proposed some visuals around the room on easels or posters.
