Mark showed us the software and we went throug the different categories created to analyse the different questions.

• Discussion about the employees responses compared to  the employers responses. The employers have a more global view about the needs of their industries in the global market. The employees when asked are able to list specific technical software that they need to use in ther everyday tasks. 
• There are some categories that have only one respondent. we need to decide what to do with these categories.
• For the industry report CSW needs higher level categories, more general categories (not so granular)
• We will collapse some of this categories to have a more general picture. (subgroup meeting)
