1. Dissemination a. Review of letters to employees who took survey, employers who were interviewed b. Contains links to CPACE Wiki (needs to be modified) c. Finalized list of e-mail addresses d. Make front page of wiki more 'public' e. Get out by may 30/ June 1 f. Employees may or may not know CPACE, so will address that in a relevant subject line. Mark will take first pass of cleaning up wiki, connection to industry report will be obvious.
2. Organizations for dissemination opportunities. a. Letter being sent to a mix of people. b. Try to pull them in to workforce issues c. Pull them into STEM research d. For this' group need to approach them via CSW because they do not know CPACE e. Who is the audience? CSW knows them. f. Letter can also be adapted for publication through College of Eng. via Linda White g. Jon/Daina take the lead with Linda to develop approach for eng. may be suggest changes on Wiki
