• Review Minutes from June 4, 2009

A couple of edits were made.

Cindee will send me e-mail with the list with contact information and cover e-mail to send to the employers and employees other than the AB that requested the industry report.

Update AB list

• Agreed to remove B. Baker and A. Becker from the AB list
• The issue remains about having an alternate company from the auto industry. Toyota was suggested as an alternative.
• There is automotive representation in the new dissemination list; MMIT, automation allie, Toyota we can potentially get representation for the AB
• We will wait until we know we have know about the new grant to make the invitation.
• Sent a copy of the report to the governors office. CSW do a lot of work with the GO
• We want to think about having a press release. Again we will wait until we know about the next grant. It will go through Linda White.

AB meeting Agenda

• Date decided: July 30, 2009. Tom is OK for this date.
• We modified the agenda on the WIKI as we discussed the different items.
• SAMPI will prepare a summary evaluation for the meeting and they also want to do an evaluation for the AB members
