5) Grant proposal

  • For the proposal is important to complete the mapping of the skills set-that we identified from our employer interviews and employee survey-to the computing principles (P. Dennings)
  • Claudia will create a WIKI page with a table and the necessary links for EGR and LCC faculty to help with the 'mapping'
  • Claudia will create a proposal framework.
  • It is important to have a piece in change management for the proposal. the solicitation asks for: - Community collaboration, sustainability of curricular reform, continued collaboration with industry.
  • What are the issues from the industry perspective. Related to the Cindee's piece ion how to develop a CPACE eng talent development network. What will industry see in terms of "hollistically skilled Eng". How to use the network as a resource.
  • Complement NSF funding with parallel funding sources. For the sustainability issue we need muiltiple sources of funding.
  • We need a Project Summary to get letters of support
